We were put in two separate rooms the first room 320 we first noticed the bathroom fan wouldn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't shut. When I went to tell the receptionist we were told no other room was available. And to just use both hands and pull really hard to shut the door. When I tur ed on the TV the screen was busted so I want back down stairs there was a shift change and I showed them the pictures of the room and there was magically another room available. When we went to the room across the hall the fridge didn't work and the room was covered in dust and grime. Out of the four ice machines in the building only the first floor and third floor worked. The place was so bad we did not stay the second day we had booked and was told we would not be refunded. I am going to rate this hotel on every platform available and show pictures.
We love staying here. Great service, clean and comfortable rooms.
Several of the knobs on the furniture were broken. Remote missing the back. Kind of a musty smell down the hallway. Just not what we usually get staying at a comfort suites.

The room was clean and neat, lobby was clean as well. We enjoyed the free breakfast. We are so close to my brothers when we stay there and we've stayed before. We will be back.

Bathroom was a little dirty, had pee on seat. Shower was a little dirty. We stayed with three other couples for three nights at that same hotel. They paid around $400 total and I paid $600. I asked the front desk about it and they said they couldn’t help me since it was a third party I went through online.
Clean hotel with friendly staff. They allowed us additional time to check out.
