Couldn’t walk around in our room without shoes on because the floors turned our feet black. Just overall not very clean. Lots of commotion through the night. Looked as if there was mold on the ceiling and in the shower. Air conditioning did not work in our room and when mentioned was told a maintenance man would come by and never did. Pool was the best part of the hotel, but even that was not very clean.
We stayed here for two nights. Love Homosassa Springs area. Location is great. Hotel is probably a three or four star rating, it’s being renovated. It’s BEST asset is Gator Cove bar and grill located there. Awesome place, great prices for drinks and good food.
