The front desk supervisor, Liz, was a breathe of fresh air. She listened to my complaints, offered appropriate responses and showed an excellent understanding of how to communicate the hotel policies and offered reasonable solutions to all my complaints. Her name is Liz and she is honestly an asset to the Hyatt team. She is the reason I will return to stay at Hyatt again.

The HYATT house is the most upscale hotel in Fishkill, NY featuring 135 guestrooms and suites, each smartly designed with your comfort in mind. Each guest receives a full buffet breakfast each morning which includes hot breakfast items, fresh whole and sliced fruit, breakfast breads and cereals.We have an indoor swimming pool and spa, state of the art, new fitness center and complimentary passes to "All Sport" a private fitness facility adjacent to the hotel.
