It was a very clean facility with all the advertised amenities. What impressed me most were the managers. They were exceptionally helpful during my entire stay. They were welcoming and friendly, easy check in/check out but what happened in between sets them apart as exceptional people. I recently had knee surgery and was using a walker. As I approached the door Mr. Maisuria must have seen me coming because he rushed to the door to offer assistance with my luggage and continued to assure me that if I needed anything at all to let him know. Well, I did. I had a medical issue that first night and the person on the desk at 1:45 a.m. quickly summoned help and engaged me in conversation until assistance arrived. She was very calm and her demeanor was very reassuring. The next two nights were thankfully uneventful. The other person on duty during the day, who I assumed was Mr. Maisuria’s wife, was equally solicitous and assisted me with several questions and with my luggage when I eventually left and always asked how I was and if I needed anything. They were really exceptional people who went beyond kindness and appeared genuinely interested in the wellbeing of their guests. I recommend them and their facility wholeheartedly and will do so to anyone I know who is planning a trip to Gettysburg.
