Great place to stay, clean hotel.
I needed a place near a hospital where my son was staying. I called them, there was no problem getting a room. The room was clean (bonus: no carpet), ground floor and quiet. They served a hot breakfast the next morning which I enjoyed with coffee. I’ll definitely stay there again when I need to return to see my son.
our room was two hours late being ready for us, the pool was closed two hours after it said it was to open, went I inquired about a late check out ( due to our rooms not being ready) we were told that we could only get an hour extra or we would be charged. The front desk staff were very unprofessional and didn't like being bothered by any guest. We will never bring our family here again!
Was under the impression that staying at the motel included the the Waterpark so was okay paying $214 but then ended up paying $80.00 more slides closed early, ran out of roll away beds so we had to buy a blow up mattress, got a call to be quit from front desk but we were and someone's kids were running up and down hallway screaming till 3am, no shower pressure and Luke warm water was crap.Stained bedding and towels room needs updates. Not one to complain but will not stay there again.

Staff was so sweet and polite. I felt welcomed by them and they treated their visitors so well.
Old building, hot tub was broken, staff at front counter had no personality. Breakfast was lame….all for $200.
The beds are the absolute worst. My entire family tossed and turned. The mattresses are very firm, with no give. The cereal was the best part of the breakfast. Very bare minimum establishment. I regret purchasing two nights before the first nights stay.
Heater was way too hot, had to open the window in 10 degree weather to cool the room down. The mattress very old and uncomfortable. The chair at the desk arms were warm and rubbed off and the headboard on the wall above the bed was very scratched up. My family and I will not be staying there again. It is very run down.
