Property Description

Totally refurbished hotel. Everything is brand new. 120 total rooms, lounge with pool tables and jukebox, sports bar, exercise room, heated swimming pool, banquet and meeting rooms to seat up to 200. We have wireless internet, local phone service and cable tv in all rooms. Continental breakfast is complimentary with your stay. Located right next to the Florida Turnpike. Only 30 minutes to Downtown Orlando, Disney, Seaworld, and Universal Studios. Central Florida has 1800 fresh water lakes which makes it a fisherman's dream. We are only minutes away from the National Training Center which holds numerous National Sporting events throughout the year. Clermont hosts close to twenty triathalons each year. We are within close proximity to the Annual Leesburg Bike Fest and Daytona Bike Week. Our Numerous Rolling Hills make for a wonderful bike ride. The property is located only 1 mile from the Lakeridge Winery.

Our Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance staff are wearing PPE (masks, gloves, etc.) to ensure our guests' and employees' safety. Guest rooms are being spaced out accordingly to ensure maximum distance between guests. Hand sanitizer is available for guests' use at the Front Desk. We have implemented 6 feet markers at the front desk to ensure adequate social distancing in our Lobby. Daily housekeeing upon request. We are also taking additional precautions in cleaning our guest rooms, focusing on high touch areas, such as door knobs, TV remotes, light fixtures, alarm clocks, and all areas of high traffic.
