Yelling at my kids and wife from first floor to second floor, banging on door telling us our kids need to stop running in hallway. They say they don't usually allow kids to stay in the hotel. Nasty people.
Awesome!
Pleasant two day stay. The young lady at breakfast was very proficient and nice and breakfast adequate.
Have stayed here twice now. Rooms are varying degrees of updated. Last stay was in room on 1st floor lobby level and it was in need of an update. Paint peeling, stains on comforter and ceilings and noisy refrigerator in room. That being said it was quiet (after unplugging refrigerator) and we slept well. The tavern is a good spot for breakfast and it’s walkable to downtown Wolfeboro.
Wolfe's Tavern is our onsite restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch. The Tavern is a popular local place to visit offering traditional New England fare with a contemporary flare! Prices are very reasonable.

This is our second stay at the Wolfeboro Inn. This is ideally located, walkable to all shops and houses great Tavern. I would recommend this Inn!
If you’re looking for a newer, more modern hotel, don’t come here. The reception area is sad and needs cleaning. The landscaping looked neglected. Our room was clean, however, the two small deck chairs were small and dirty. And no hot water. Cold showers, no fun! If you are looking for an economical place to stay and not planning on staying in the room long, this might be the place for you.
A charming and comforting place on a sad weekend. We found all the hotel provided in room, response to our requests and the overall accommodations to be just what we wanted.
The historic Inn and its furnishings are beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable! It's an easy walk to the center of town. Most of all the staff are outstanding! They know the area well; their willingness and effectiveness in providing help is outstanding; and their upbeat, positive demeanor makes every interaction a joy.
Staying here made me feel like I was home! Great staff under strenuous circumstances. Spring snowstorm and power outages! Staff handled it all and with courtesy!
