We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites for a soccer tournament in Pensacola, FL. The staff is excellent and very friendly. My son accidentally left his wallet, it was turned into the front desk by a hotel employee. When I called the front desk to ask if it had been found in the room, they informed me that it had. They kept it secured and I was able to coordinate with them to have it boxed and ready for pick up by FedEx. (I created a shipping label and emailed it to the Manager, Johanna.She was so helpful and I cannot say enough good things about her and the employees there.) We received the wallet w/in 24 hours with everything still in it. Loved the variety of breakfast foods to choose from and found that the location was ideal and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Property Description

Property has completed a total renovation of rooms, public areas and exterior of building. Entrance to the lobby and the breakfast area lends a very contemporary style. Lots of comfortable seating for eating and relaxing. Convenient charging outlets in rooms and throughout the building. Rooms have been updated with furniture, window treatments, flooring, lighting and new bedding. Rooms are equipped with mini fridge, in-room safe, microwave 42 inch television with over 200 channels and a Keurig coffee station. Other amenities include indoor heated pool, fitness center, complimentary wire and wireless access, 24 hr business center, 650 square foot meeting room, great parking for RV's, boats, trailers and 18 wheeler. Our Complimentary Breakfast has a variety of breakfast items to include pancakes and the recently added Cinnabons. Most importantly you will have a friendly and accommodating staff to assist you during your stay.
