Staff was excellent room was clean as was the whole hotel.
We booked through a 3rd party and mistakes were made. Every attempt was made to contact us as we had booked within two hours of arriving. Upon arriving, the front desk was super awesome as she was multitasking between acknowledging me while on the phone, and smiling at another guest who wanted her attention. Apparently they were out of rooms that I had booked, she offered an upgrade at no extra charge. We were traveling to orientation at Monmouth I had asked about a discount when booking (I didn’t realize I wasn’t talking directly and was told that I had all discounts they offered applied.) The front desk made sure to give me a business card with their direct number for future visits to ensure best price! We were not there very long, breakfast was very good room was very clean, would definitely stay again! (Plus about 7 min ride to campus).
Check in was smooth and the ladies working at the desk were personable. The room was clean and well maintained. Thanks for a good experience.
