The experience at both the hotel and restaurant are a thing of joy. Everyone is so welcoming and courteous. I have a feeling that is rare today, one of joy.
The facility is one of my favorite and Christina at the front desk was exceptional!
The room was great, beds were very comfortable. My daughter took the grandkids to the pool and they had a great time.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional front desk staff. Christina was quite professional and friendly and helped us have a very enjoyable stay.
It was very clean, had great view of Mt Shasta. Restaurant had excellent food.
Basic hotel. Fairly clean...The shower water pressure was great though! The bed itself was comfortable. Check in and check out staff were both friendly.
We stayed at this hotel last year and decided to stay again. Very clean. Nice big hotel. Has a bar and a restaurant and is dog friendly.

Each time we go North or South on I 5, we try to make sure we stay at BW+ Tree House. The accommodations are always first rate.
The staff were very helpful, and the facility was extremely comfortable.
I have stayed here many times over the years. They have always been friendly and helpful. Having a welcoming place to stay when you travel with pets is especially wonderful!
