Excellent service! We booked 10 rooms for a wedding and were able to get into a few rooms a night early since our guests arrived early due to treacherous travel. We were able to have three couples stay in a queen room for one night and switch to a king room the next day, so the staff could prepare/clean those rooms for our next guests! The process went smoothly! Rooms were nice, comfortable beds, great sized bathroom. The lounge was extremely inviting for our guests to meet up and visit.
