Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and check in was quick.
I had reserved a double queen bed, but when I arrived, they said they didn't know about it because the power was out, they didn't have my reservation and they provided a king bed in a room that smelled like feet! My daughter slept on the couch. I saw a promotion for before and after flights, but they refused when I asked about it. When I reserved the hotel over the phone, the lady said I had a gift because it was my second time, but the reception didn't know about it either! I got home at five a.m. and checked out at 9:45 a.m. I asked for tea because breakfast time was over, but the lady in the kitchen was so angry! Now you tell me, do you want to experience the same things again?!
They do not clean your room each day. You have to ask if you want fresh towels, straightening, emptying trash, etc. On our third night, water would not go into the toilet tank. Called the desk. No help for two days as desk person only one there. She did offer to change our room, but this was at 11:30pm and dressed for bed. We had to fill the wastebasket with water from the tub and dump it into the top tank. No fun. Eggs at breakfast tasted like powdered eggs. Rest of breakfast was fine. This is just a really stripped down property. WE were offered points for the night the toilet failed and we took them.

We lost 12 hrs when a transformer blew. No fault to Springhill. But overall my experience was good.
