Let's start with the registration desk. The ladies were curt and they lacked knowledge of how to get to your owned parking area. The attendant at the entrance of the parking lot was extremely sour and nasty. Also, your parking lot is terrible. The frustration of paying for parking when we are already paying high room rate at the hotel. It is not acceptable. The rate of the room is extremely expensive for the type of room you get. The beds are uncomfortable, old and saggy. The only good thing was the bathroom! The food at the restaurants is average for the price. The "Scratch Market" is what safe you. The employees are pleasant, professional and willing to help. Paola made our pizza. She was excellent. As well as Maggie was very professional and nice. Their bakery and other baked goods were very good! I will not recommend this particular Hilton.
