The harsh and inflexible policy of charging for a night that I and my granddaughter (Savannah Clary) couldn’t make it due to numerous delays and cancellations by our flights to Providence R.I. I forget the blonde girls name at the front desk but she was excellent. I was staying in a room with two sons (16,15) and the first room with a pullout just wasn't going to work. I made one phone call to the front desk, she quickly switched me to another room on the same floor and actually met me at the elevator to swap keys. They other front desk workers and breakfast servers were excellent. Thanks.
