The cool thing about Hampton Inn Ringgold Ft. Oglethorpe is that it offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, spa, and free Wi-Fi/internet access.
Everything was fine, however, there was mold on the ceiling above the shower. I think the glass doors hold in too much moisture from the shower. Maybe a stronger ceiling fan to help exhaust the shower steam?.
Stairwell railings were broken and unsafe. The hall way carpets are worn out. When I attempted to call the front desk in to check availability, nobody answered the phone after four tries.
Very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general. Front desk employees were top notch, friendly and informative. Very pleased with our stay.

Excellent stay! I always stay here on my way down to Florida each year.
We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed the pool was out of order. Very good coffee, decent breakfast. Friendly people at the front desk. The location works well for us as it is close to family.
My only complaint is that I booked through the knot.com and was overcharged.
We drove from FL, reservation was ready when we got there. Will return in July as we head back to FL from MI.
