Rooms stunk, toilet was broke, ice machine was broke,found a roach in our room, daughters room stunk you could see the had bugs at one point, she found a roach in her room, we bought Lysol n frebreez sprays, told them toilet was broke first night, he brought a plunger! It was not clogged, it was broken! We booked for three nights, 2nd night toilet still broke, called told again, lady came looked n took a picture said she had to call plumber, last night they finally fixed it, not good but it worked okay.

Had non smoking rooms, smelled like pot, our toilet was broke, let front office know of smell n the toilet.They tried to send a plunger with us, said no it's broke! Saw a cockroach on the desk, only one we saw. Ice machine was broke, I just won't stay here again.

Property Description
Just a short distance from Fort Jackson Military Base as well as many other area attractions you can kick back and relax here at the Best Western Fort Jackson Inn. We are a newly renovated hotel with upgrades such as 32in flat screen televisions, micro/fridges in every room, new beddings packages as well as new one cup coffee makers in every room. Are friendly and knowledgable staff will assist you with anything you need while you stay with us. We have a gorgeous outdoor swimmimg pool and every guest will be able to eat our complimentary breakfast featuring such items as, fresh fruit, make your own waffles, yummy cinnamon rolls, sausage biscuits, hard boiled eggs and always fresh coffee and juices. Consider us your family and your home away from home!
