The staff really took care of us and I really can't say enough good things about Antwan Huggins and all of the staff. One of the best run hotels I have ever stayed at. Thank all of you for a great stay.
My wife and I wanted to spend the night in Pine Bluff after a late amazing dinner at the Saracen Red Oak restaurant. We live in Little Rock; others in our group drove back home. This hotel had the best reviews and yet we did not expect how impressed and pleased we would be with this Hampton Hotel. It was great! The staff was friendly, engaging and helpful. Antoine at the front desk was "Mr. Hospitality". The morning breakfast experience was excellent. good food and made even more special by Rhonda. I'll call her "Miss Smiling Face". She made us feel at home, was helpful, attentive and more engaging than just about any hotel breakfast server I have met. We would stay here again.
All employees provided great customer service.
Antoine was a delight, Christina came on at 11pm and she was also lovely! All the staff were so nice and friendly.

Christina made our stay very enjoyable considering we came for a funeral. We will return every time we're in town.
The crew during our stay was excellent. The ladies were accommodating. Rhonda who prepared the food was pleasant and the food was good. Front desk Mary, Kenna, and Tina were awesome. Highly recommend and will stay again.
I read some concerning reviews. They are simply not true. I stay at Hilton Gardens almost exclusively. This place is new and just what you have come to expect from Hilton.

We had a very lovely stay at Hampton Inn. The hotel was very clean, it had great amenities such as a gym, pool and a hot breakfast. The coffee was excellent! I’ve stayed at a lot of different hotels but this one checked all of the boxes!

The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was superb! Walmart is just across the street. I wish our stay was longer so we could’ve enjoyed all the amenities they had to offer.

Comfortable and convenient. We always book with Hampton In Suites in P.B. It’s located near the expressways we usually take and local stores are in close proximity.
