All the staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. This includes the persons dropping me off at the airport and picking me up, the front desk staff, the person who handled my phone call The night before I returned and the young lady who took care of the breakfast stuff in the morning. The thermostat in the room I was first given upon my return the thermostat did not work. The front desk young man brought me to a different room and it worked perfectly.
Very courteous employees.

Bright light shining in the window all night with no over curtain to pull. Just a sheer. Refrigerator sounded like there was a lion in it. All night long. Got absolutely no sleep. Ironing board was broken and couldn’t use it. It was clean that’s the one positive.
