We're staying at the Holiday Inn Express as my brother is hospitalized at Mayo in Rochester. The staff have been so courteous, helpful and have been very accommodating. It's day to day at this point and we keep extending. The breakfast is delicious, has a good variety and changes daily. The food is delicious and hot. Definitely recommend this hotel. I'll stay here again!
