Hotel personnel, we’re very friendly, but come on folks, put little TLC into the place. It is in desperate need of some active caring. Our room, to 11, had a “stinking“ toilet. Really! That suggests a Seal has never been attended to. Breakfast or mediocre if I would’ve tried to compliment it. We will not be returning. That said, it isn’t far off from being a great place to stay but much care has to be given it before it could achieve a five star review on my part.

We're staying at the Holiday Inn Express as my brother is hospitalized at Mayo in Rochester. The staff have been so courteous, helpful and have been very accommodating. It's day to day at this point and we keep extending. The breakfast is delicious, has a good variety and changes daily. The food is delicious and hot. Definitely recommend this hotel. I'll stay here again!
