I noticed the hotel staff treated me differently than other guests checking in at the same time. Didn’t offer the options, helpfulness, water, etc they offered other guests.

My check in was seamless, I wasn't offended a welcome bag like everyone else. The restaurant staff was pleasant but the restaurant was not clean. I love the location but,too much construction in the area.
