My room was all I needed for an overnight stay at the airport. Good bedside tables and lighting, hair dryer, clean, reasonably quiet, good blackout shades, good grab and go breakfast. Also was within walking distance of a diner. The sink had plenty of space to spread out, ironing board and luggage stand. Bed was firm and not too high. I’d stay there again. Oh and the service at check in was great as they carried my bags up to the room since there was not an elevator.

I’ve stayed here before and the desk help are very nice! Very accommodating shuttle. The rooms are very clean and make you feel at home. I will continue to stay here when I come to Juneau and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Hotel was very clean; staff was very friendly and helpful! This hotel is very convenient because it provides shuttle service to the Auke Bay ferry terminal and airport. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've stayed here many times passing through Juneau and the experience has always been the same.
