The staff and front desk ladies were so friendly and accommodating. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. The pet friendly room was fine and convenient. I always call to make a reservation because we travel with our small dog. Instead of reaching the lodge directly, I spoke with two different reservationists. The first said only a king room was available and the second said there were three pet friendly rooms.My credit card was charged $192 for one night plus a $70 booking fee! This has never happened previously with other reservations at other hotels. Lesson learned.

I want to express my gratitude to especially the manager at BW Mountain Lodge for her kindness. I had a family emergency and she inquired daily about it and gave me a greatly discounted rate as an act of kindness. I wasn’t sure that level of kindness existed anymore. Praises to Shannon and her team. 🫶🏻.
