Number one thing that’s important to me in a hotel room is cleanliness and a comfortable bed. 10 out of 10 on both of these. Would stay here anytime I was in town for any reason.
I took refuge from the winter storm at the Rome location. I love this brand's consistency. No matter where I stay, I always find the same quality. The bed is comfy, the hotel shower has plenty of pressure and the breakfast bar provides a good, hot meal before I hit the road to continue my long drive home. As a single traveller, I appreciated being given a main floor room that was close to the front desk.
We stay at Hampton Inns often and are usually happy with them, only complaint is that there was not fresh coffee in the evening as I have been known to expect!
We stayed for one night. Was a nice place. Rooms was clean. Check in was later than they had anticipated as we asked for an earlier check in. I don't think hotel anticipated or had enough staff to handle the big baseball tournament weekend. Overall, was a good hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helped with any questions we had about the area. Good gym. Quiet room and fantastic breakfast. Nothing like a hot breakfast to get you moving on a rainy day!
