We recently traveled to Westchester County for a family event and stayed at the Castle Hotel. The staff, especially David, could not have been more friendly, helpful with any request or question, to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The property is beautiful, again David, sharing the history with us, made the experience we had at the Castle memorable. If you are a history buff and traveling to Tarrytown, the Castle is a "must stay" hotel. The hotel transports you back to a different era. When returning to Tarrytown in the future, will stay no place else. Thanks to all the staff, everyone was wonderful, kudos to the management for hiring such great people and keeping this historic property operating with quality and care for guests.

The expansive Luxury Suites are positively regal with four-poster beds, turret alcoves and wood-burning fireplaces.Settle into your room and arrange an in-room spa treatment. Then feeling fully pampered, go shopping at Westchester Mall or track down antiques and the historic sites in Tarrytown. Return for a dip in the pool (seasonal), with superb views across the Hudson Valley, before a gourmet dinner at Equus. Alternatively, dine in the historic Oak Room with wood panelling that was transported from a Parisian house, owned by Louis XIV.
