Waited 2.5 hours for room to be ready for check in, the type of room we booked was not what they showed on their computer. Thanks to my email confirmation they finally got me the correct room ( after much heated discussion). The air conditioning was not working in the common areas and many of the rooms. The hotel was miserably hot.
