The team worked hard to reduce most of the real challenges. It’s still one of our favorite places to snooze in NYC!
The Hotel was fine, the Staff was Great. Housekeeping Dept. was terrible. Housekeeping shares the same elevator as the guest, which is terrible. A Separate Service Elevator is desperately needed. Housekeeping kept the elevators backed up and hard to get. There were never enough towels or wash clothes left for us and Coffee was not refreshed daily.
