For the second time in about two weeks we have again stayed at the Hampton Inn North Olmstead Cleveland Airport. We choose to stay here because it's close to our family living in North Olmstead. The Hotel is close by to them, very clean and very well run. We'll be back in November for another stay for another family event.
Horrible hotel, discourteous staff that could not be bothered with guest needs.
Clean and beds are very comfy. My stay was very comfortable and convenient.

I cannot provide a description of my stay at the hotel because I made the reservation through the call center for this hotel but the call center did not know the status of the hotel. I Called the call center back and asked them to call the hotel directly to see if they had electricity because there was a massive outage of electricity in my area. 500,000 people lost electricity. When the call center called the hotel, they replied that they had no electricity. Therefore, I did not go to the hotel. I stayed at another hotel. They charged my credit card, even though I never went to the hotel because they were not accepting room reservations due to the electric power outage.
