"Unpleasant Stay"

We normally stay at the Residence Inn in Greenville,S.C. every time we visit town (3 or four times per year). However, our last stay was a disappointment. The cushions on the sofa sleeper were crushed as if someone had been jumping on them; the bedroom reading lights didn't work on either side of the bed; there were only a few tissues in the tissue box and no additional box available; we were not offered bottles of drinking water upon check in as before; the bathroom toilet paper holder was broken; the handle on one of the dresser drawers was broken and fell when you tried to open the drawer; the variety and quality of food selections has diminished making for a poor breakfast. My wife has asked me to find another hotel when we visit Greenville in the future. It "seems" to us that the attention to detail and making each guest feel special has "left the building.".
