We enjoyed our stay very much. Nadia was very kind and extremely helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean.the beds were like sleeping in my bed at home. I would definitely stay here again and will suggest it should someone ask. The pool was warm and clean and considered large for an inside hotel. Thank you!

We have family in the Niagara Falls area and while we live less than two hours away, we sometimes prefer to spend the night (or two). Over the years we have tried quite a few hotels in the area, but the last several times have chosen this hotel. We have always found it clean, comfortable and with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is above average, with staff quickly refilling as needed and keeping the area clean. This time it was just my husband and me, but I have also stayed there with my daughters and grandchildren, who have enjoyed the pool. It also is always clean and the area well kept. I highly recommend this hotel.
Everything was good. Was noisy at night but I know there were a lot of kids there.
