A/C unit was noisy and difficult to adjust to comfortable temp, shade did not work, clock embedded in bathroom mirror did not show correct time and the house keeping vacuum cleaner was in the center of the hallway during our entire stay.

We stayed here for one night after Christmas. It is very nicely decorated with a lovely lobby. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We have family in Greenville and will definitely stay here again.

"Great Customer Service at New, Modern Hotel"

Hotel staff was excellent at check in. I did not get her name but we were needing to check in early due to a wedding. We were to be at the area at 4:00. She allowed us to have a room at noon which was so helpful. We have a daughter in a wheelchair and she made arrangements for us to get on the first floor. We were very pleased with our room. The toilet was really nice with heated seats and automatic opener.
